food network, channel 52 here. I'm watching it right now! I love it, it made me realize I have to find a man who is willing to have a disney wedding, I love it all!!!

I watched it last night - taped it for my DD who says she wants to have a fairytale wedding at Disney - there were sure beautiful - but $70,000 - whooooooo just a little pricey!!!!

Pricey yes, but I got the feeling that that particular little "princess" was pretty used to getting everything her way. My wedding cost a little over $2000.00 and lasted 29 years...any bets on how long the 70K one will go on? Just a gut feeling here.

I believe they did meet on Broadway. But Broadway or not, this little "princess" would find much more magical ways to spend $70,000 . . . YIKES! It may be a fairy tale for the bride but I bet it is a nightmare for her parents.

Oh well, everyone has their dreams, and if that is hers, I am truly happy for her! But can you imagine how many trips you can take to WDW for $70,000? I know, I know, let it go.

Hey, I had an Intimate Wedding at the pavillion and it wasn't even CLOSE to 70K.... more like 15K. Which is still pricey, but worth every penny!

I thought it was a great show! I was actually surprised that it wasn't more than $70k with all the extras she had - Bride's tea party, the crown dinner service, etc. I was shocked to hear that the ride in Cinderella's carriage costs $2,500 They didn't say how much the one couple's wedding (the one with the individual cakes cost.) Anyone have any idea what those individual cakes cost? My guess is in the $30 -$50 range.

I was really happy that they showed some of the restaurants especially 'Ohana and Jiko. DH asked if we were definately eating at 'Ohana and I of course said "YES definately." All he could was say was "YUMMY"

They also had individual ice sculptures for the sorbet course ! I too would have liked to have known their total cost.

Disney provided them with the individual cakes. She's a member of the DIS and said that Disney wanted to show the individual cakes so they provided them with the cakes.
