Disney Wedding

Hey all Creative Geniuses out there!
I am getting married in Sept. 2009 at WDW and was looking for some great ideas for incoporating Disney, Mickey, Minnie and more into the wedding. Can anyone share of great ideas with me for my guests and family?

I was married at WDW too. Are you having a reception there? I had my reception back home and the small wedding at WDW. What type of theme are you looking for?

I'm so excited! We really can't wait. We have not really focused on any type of theme yet, we are just looking at ideas currently. We have a while to plan, but were looking to get ahead of ourselves.

Have you considered hidden mickey's? If not, here are a few ideas:

Like on the cake, I'd definitely have a mickey/minnie topper and have the decorater draw little hidden ones into the design of your cake.

For the reception, I'd buy the Mickey groom's hat and the Minnie bride's hat, and wear that into the reception hall. If not into the reception, after you've changed out of your gown and into a more casual outfit, I'd put the hat on.

Instead of birdseed, rice, or bubbles, find mickey shaped confetti and have the guests throw that on you two as you're walking out!
