Disney Wedding Cake choices

Hi guys.... just curious. How does all of this work. Do they give you certain choices on cakes/fillings depending on how much you are paying per person for the cake???

They have a massive portfolio of all the wedding cakes. I think they start at $8.00 to $17.00 per person. The minimum size one for a custom wedding is for 50 people.

There are lots to choose from or you can submit your own design.

The fillings vary too from :

white and Chocolate Mousse
Cream Cheese
Amaretto Mousse
Bavarian CreamRaspberry Mousse
Orange Mousse
Strawberry Mousse
German Chocolate

You can also incorporate fresh fruit like raspberries or strawberries

Sponges are : Yellow, Chocolate, Marble, Carrot, Red Velvet, Lemon, Orange or Almond.

In addition to the cake designs that Disney offers, they will also recreate a cake that you have a picture of. You just send your EM the picture, they pass it off to the pastry chef, and they come back with a price. Our custom cake came back at $11.00 per person, which is pretty in the middle as disney cakes go. But since we are trying to keep the budget down, it was also one of the first things I had to give up (I'm still hoping we'll get a few more no rsvp's than we are expecting and I'll be able to add my cake back in. Does that make a bad person? )
