Disney Website Issues?

Is it just my connection or is anyone else getting a "data not sent" message when trying to get to the website? It started earlier this week and is happening intermittently.

I saw in another forum that I'm not the only one experiencing the inability to use the Chat feature on the Disney website. After almost a week I was finally able to chat on the weekend with a CM. Just now it initially was unavailable a second mistaken click on the icon came up to start a Chat. I wonder if they know of this issue.
