I will never, never, understand why Disney can't figure out how to make their website work. It's sooooooooooooooooooooo fustrating. :headache: I rarely even go to the dumb thing, but Disney Store is having a sale today and I decided to brave it because my niece's birthday is coming up. Big mistake. I wasted a bunch of time and never managed to order anything. It wasn't even that big of a sale, nothing that should bog down the site....well, any normal site.

That seems to be a common complaint.

all of the Disney websites are terrible. I dont understand why Disney cant get it right.

Their website has always been frustrating. It seems Disney is more interested in entertaining you with stuff flying around the screen than it is they want to help you find information or book a reservation.

I'm even more amazed that their largest shareholder and board member, Steve Jobs, doesn't go on a rant to get them to fix it.

You'd think they would be more interested in making money than stuff flying around people's screen. I had my credit card out, I was going buy stuff, you know, give them money...most websites understand this should be as easy and user friendly as possible.
