Disney Webiste/ My Experience - Account not recognized

Tried logging onto my Disney account on the computer and my phone App and the system is stating it doesn't recognize my email. My AP, reservations and Magic Bands are all on my account - hmmmm. Anyone else experiencing this today? The Call Center is swamped, so I was wondering if the system went down.

Of course TODAY is my 180 day window. I booked through AAA, do you think my travel agent will get my reservations?

Same thing for me. Espn.com is having the same problem, so it's apparently company-wide. Today is the day my Disney wedding fast pass window opens AND my fantasy baseball league drafts lol. So ironic that both are down on the day I need them.

Sorry for the delayed response. Long day at work yesterday. It's back up today but the answer would have been "Yes". Hopefully, you got the reservations you wanted. Cheers!
