Disney Water Parks

My Family and I have been to WDW countless times but have yet to visit one of the water parks. We are headed down next weekend for a camping trip and decided we will visit them both.

My question is what time do the water parks usually reach capacity and stop new entrances? We are not morning people so it is hard for us to get there before 11am. Is this doable?

Think crowds will not be so bad that you have to worry.I have seen other posts that said in May,June and July on week ends a couple hours after opening they reach capacity.Have a great trip.
