Disney Wanderer's Trip report 12/6 - 12/16

This is my trip report for my 10 day trip! it Began on 12/6 That was my Travel Day I arrived at the POP Century Hotel at 4pm i stayed in the 90s Building ,. had no Problem checking in . Good Start i then decided to head to Downtown DIsney for the Night i Stayed there till 9pm headed back to the hotel so i could get a good Nights rest . as far as the " cheerleaders" go i Saw Small Groups of them Every now and then But Not Annoying in the Least bit IMO

Today was my first day in the Parks . i Went to the MK first , thats tradition for me , Started out at Space mountain,
then went to Buzz Light Year, Wich i Rode A LOT trying to beat my self Everytime the Highest i got was 943,000 And im not sure how i got it LOL . everytime i Tried to match it i didnt come close . Nest Laught Floor Comedy Club , Then decided to Walk over to Frontier land , Splash Mountain , Big thunder , and then Pirates , then Haunted Mansion . I Saved Fantasy land for the After noon ( Should have gone here first!!) it was CROWDED around Peter pan Didnt Care too much about Rides cause id be Back later I Watched the 3 pm Parade from Liberty Square It wasnt So Crowded . Im Glad i watched it Cause Next Year Its Going to Be Different with the New Celebration Theme
The Wait times were Manageable Today with the Mountains and Peter Pan All raching 60 minutes at one point . accually Splash Surprisingly was only 40 Probally cause it was Cold
I met Several Characters Today : Mickey and Minnie @ Judges Tent , Daisey @ town Square Chip N Dale Were out too but the Line was Long Stitch And Buzz @ Tommorowland
It Was A Party Day So i Left at 4 pm and headed to Epcot For Illuminations
> At Epcot this was accually the Most Manageable day here I was able to Hit Test track , Spaceship Earth , Nemo , and Soarin by 7 PM i also did Gran Fiesta Tour , and Malestrom about 3 times each . Around 8 30 i Picked out a nice Viewing Area for Immuminations i sat in Norway , BEST view ever BUT it gets kinda Scary there if the Wind is Blowing at you , luckily i was ok, and it Was Cold I had to buy A Blanket . but id rather have this than 90 degree Summer heat The Illuminations Show Was Spectacular!! The Holiday Ending is Worth the Price of Admissin in It self . Im accually hearing now they may be Changing Immuninations Next Year. well have to wait and See....

DAY 3

Monday 12/8 Today Turned out to be My All Day MK Day . Mostly Because Today was the day i was supposed to meet My Good Friend Kaylie and her Mom ( Why didnt i take a Picure ?!!) We Met Up with Each Other at Space Mountain , just like wed Been Planning for Almost a Year!! it all came together very Nicely . We Had a Blast together . we ended up going on : Space , Big Thunder , Splash, Haunted Mansion, and Pirates Together . And Then We Ate lunch Together at Pecos Bills . That wa Fun!! hope we get to do it Again Someday . After Lunch we went our seperate ways . They went to Shop , and I went to Fantasyland . we never Did Meet up Again .. i Noticed the Crowds were Picking up ,I Headed for Philharmagic , wich never has a line over 10 minutes of course it was 20, Its a small world hit 30 , and got a FP for Peter Pan wich 60 minutes . then i Was Going to do Haunted Mansion Again but the Line Was 40 minutes . wich is the Longest Ive seen it in Years . Big thunder was 60 minutes and Splash was 45 so i decided to come back to those for EMH . I decided to go in the Country Bear Jamboree , and the Tiki Room To kill Some time i Watched the Dreams Come True from Frontierland , it wasnt too crowded in my Spot , im glad i got to See it a couple times this trip . Next year its Going to Be A Different Parade . Around 6 pm I went to find a Seat in front of the Castle . 6:30 i watched the castle Lighting , wich i almost forgot about so it was a NICE surprise. That Castle Is Beautiful!! all lit up , all Icey, or Glass like, like Cinderellas Glass Slippers as the Story goes, and thats EXactly what it looks like
I stayed Right where i was Cause this was a Great Spot for SpectroMagic , And Wishes . although it Was kinda Crowded , but i Wasnt About to move after Spectro/Wishes it was EMH. the EMH Seemed Crowded too Peter pan and All the Mountains were 30- 40 minutes thats a crowded EMH i did the INdy Speed way at Night wich was Great . i left the EMH around 10 And Came back to get some much needed rest

DAY 4

Today Was My Epcot/ PARTY DAY!! I Didnt Feel like it was So Crowded in Epcot till Later in the day. But Everytime i looked at Soarin it was at Least an hour. Fast pass made it a lot eaisier. and Test Track too although me Being a Single Rider Cuts that line in Half so it wasnt so bad for me. everthing Else Was Very Managable I was accually Focusing on Characters so the First thing i did was Go t the Epcot Character Spot Got in line at 930 the Line was 30 Minutes and believe me it was a Very Slow 30 minutes But.. i Did get to Meet Mickey, Minnie , Donald ,who wasnt there Last year, and Goofy and i noticed they Kicked poor Chip n Dale Outside this year accuayyl i think they were A Little Upset about it cause When they Saw i had Donalds AutoGraph they " altered it"

:thumbsup 2 i found that funny . Once i got All my Autographs Wich took A little over an hour All together . I went to Spaceship Earth , Mission Space ,and Test track Again then I went to Lunch I decided to Eat in America , hey its comfort food . then i Wandered around the World showcase For A Couple Hours and Left Around 3PM .I Also Bought this Great Hat here

.It was the Perfect Party Hat Got me A Lot of Comments especially from the Characters
>> Chirtmas Party !!! Ok Frist of all let me Tell you This Party was Crowded the Worst Crowds ive Seen at a Party . But I Didnt Let it Bother me i Had FUN!! I met All Kinds Of Characters like : Alice , Queen Of Hearts ( rare ) , Tweedle Dee + Tweedle Dum, i saw Alladin+ Jasmine were Switching With Genie + ABU ( rare ) i met The rare ones i Also met Snow Whit and her Prince ( Very Rare ) the Cm that was with them Said it was the First time She Had been With Him. Peter And Wendy , and Capn hook and Smee were out too But the Lines were too long. Good News was the Ride Lines Were Not to bad Escept the 30 minute wait on Peter Pan . I Stood in Liberty Square to Watch the First Parade it was good , but i think Boo to you was Better . then Of Course Holiday-Wishes !!! GREAT Show . i cant sdecide wether i like It or Hallowishes Better . i think it Depends what Mood your in I like Christmas Better my self . and the Hot Chocolate and Sugar Cookies were Delicious . .. Other than the Fact it Was Very crowded this was a Great Party! i left around 10 cause i wanted to beat the Crowds , Glad i left when i did . there was Already a Huge line for Pop - Century, accually it was like that All week . guess its a Popular Hotel . I didnt notice that when i Stayed at the All-Star Music Last Year

DAY 5

Today Was my DHS Day ( or mgm as some Still call it )

OK, Let me tell you , If you Want ANY chance at a FP for Toy Story Mania RUN to it at Rope rope . if you wait Even an Hour you wont be Able to Come Back till Late Afternoon . I saw that the FPs were All gone by 11:30 -12:00 and the Line Quickly Becams INsanely Long , Last i checked it was 120 Minutes , that was just before the 3 pm Parade after that i Didnt want to know .. Ok i Did MAnage to get an Erly FP for TSM i got it at 9:20 It said Come Back 10:30 - 11:30 so i decided id Better wait . Glad i did only waited 10 minutes when the Line was 60 I accually found that the Other Attractions were very Un-Crowded , except for RnR wich reached 60 Minutes at one point , but FP Cleared that up . ToT suurprisingly only 45 at Worst . Of course i walked on to the Great Movie ride , then i went over to the Animation Studios , mostly to see if any " interesting" Characters were in there , they had Sorcerer Mickey , Mr and Ms INcredible , and the Bolt Characters . I could see it was going to take a while to meet them all So i Decided to go with the Shortest Line wich was for the Bolt Characters ,this was accually one of my Favorite Interactions Particularly with Mittens , she was a very Good Kitty Rubbing up against me and such Rhino was Hilarious and of course Bolt is the Star of the Show it was cool.
next I went over to Star tours had a 15 -20 minute wait . and walked in to Muppets 3D , guess i Timed it Right . I also Decided to do the Backlot Tour wich i Found Pretty Interesting , a little Long at 45 minutes for the entire ride but Good.I managed to do All this Before 1:00
I decided to eat Lunch At Toy Story Pizza Planet , Its one of the few Places that Sell Pizza Now . it was not very Crowded either .
In the After Noon i decided to ride Everything again . i rode TOT , Startours, Muppets 3D and Great Movie ride again . RnR too long for me so i didnt hit it again . around 5 pm I decided id Better go get my Seat for Fantasmic , for the first time, It Started at 6PM there were already pepple in there . Fantasmic was AWEsome it was definatly one of the Highlights of my trip .. after Fantasmic i Quickly , tried to make my Way to the Osbourne Family of Lights . They were Beautiful it Was Crowded , but not so much i couldnt Enjoy it
Overall i had a great time at DHS today . Except for the INsane line at TSM i had no Complaints... although i Must say As far as Characters go DHS was kinda Disappointing this year, Lat year i Met Marie , Clara Cluck , Suzy And Perla Ect here they All seem to be gone now .. oh well ... We had the same trouble with Toy Story Mania. Over our entire trip we only got to ride it twice. It never went under 120 minute wait in standby and Fastpasses were gone by 10:00 am.

Did you know RnR coaster has a single rider line? It takes you right to the Fastpass entrance! Sounds like you had a fun day! (I haven't seen Bolt yet, so we didn't stop for pictures) Your Osborne Lights pictures are beautiful!

DAY 6 MK/EC

Today i decided to do AM Emh At the MK . mostly because i KNow the Am EMH s are usually Pretty Slow , even in the MK there not bad. And IM Glad i did . I arrived there about 8:15 Walked right in . and Noticed the Characters were out Already so i went to Meet the One i havent Met yet Pinnochio I had eaten a Big Breakeast at the Hotel . so i didnt Want to do the Mountains Just yet so i Headed Headed for Fantasyland I Figured id ge tit out of the Wa Before the " big Crowds " hit . But.... then i i hit Peterpan Forst Wait 10 minutes . Then Its a Small world, Philharmagic were both Walk ons. and then Snow white , and Winnie the Pooh both had Minimal waits . the Madd tea parry was 10 minutes too ...... I was thnking now THIS is the Kind of lines I expected All week but Noo..... LOL THEN it dawned onme WHY there was no lines , Its About to rain Heavily and it did
It Rained ALL Morning and Most of the Early Afternoon . But at least i was in MK the Park im Most Familiar with and the Most Comfortable in so i wasnt Complaining too much. I did Manage to Check all the Wait times EVERY Ride was 5 Minutes till about 2:00 i was Verry Happy i Rode Space Mountain , Buzz , Stitch,and Monsters inc and TTA All within an Hour Or so thats How Low the lines were. i also rode the Riverboat . it was a nice relaxing ride . you get some unique Pics on there .. the Crowds returned Just in time for the Dreams Come true Parade wich im glad i saw it a few times . ( Next Year we get a New Parade !!) I dicided i had done all i wanted to do , SO i MAde my way to the gate and Left for Epcot , cause its a Party night in MK , Again .
> When i got to Epcot Surprisingly it didnt Seem too Crowded . Of course Soarin was 70 Minutes and Test track was 90 but Everything else was 15 or less . But i Was Looking for Characters . i Hadnt Met the World Showcase Characters So i decided to make My Rounds. I Niticed in UK Marry Poppins was out But i didnt Meet her this time, i met her Last year She was very Nice. I wandered over to Fracne , By the water where , at First It was Belle , wich wouldve been Good Enough, but then Beast Came out . So i Met them Both this time . i just met Her last year then i went to Morrocco and Noticed Alladin, Jasmine And Genie were Out. then i went to Eat at America . And I rode MAlestrom and La fiesta tour Later i Sat in Norway It was a Great show . ok Pic time:

Looks like you met a lot of friends on your Epcot day. That last picture is beautiful, wow! It's very lucky you had the rain. Rain can be a great thing in WDW, especially in summer when it's so hot, the cool down is even better than the crowds dispersing.

DAY 7

Today was my : AK/ EC Day

started out in AK WIch Was Not too crowded in The Morning It was Cold so I headed Straight For the Safari , wich of course was Freezing LOL its Accually one of my Most Favorite things to do. thr first time I Wait ed for it i Pretty much walked on . then I got A FP . Next i Decided to zgo to Expedition Everest wich Was still a Minimal Wait surprisingly. rode it It was a Great " wake up " ride . after that I headed Back to the Safari and Used my FP that was accualy the Longest ride line of the day go Figure. Next i Explored the Pangani Trail and checed out the Gorillas. next i Decided to take the Train to Conservation Station . I was Hoping to Meet a couple characters out there i Hadnt Seen yet. And Sure enough as soon as Walked in to the Building Jiminy Cricket Showed up i met him. Rafiki was also there and Pocohantas , but i lost the Picture for her dont know what happened there i mustve hit the wrong button. oh well i spent about an Hour All Together . Nest i headed to Dino Land . i Noticed that Goofy and Pluto Were Standing By Primeval Whirl So i went to Meet them then I went on Dinosaur with a Short Wait . that ride is cooL ! but its a little jerky so i only did it once. next i was getting hungry , but i Decided id better do Its tough to be a Bug , BEfore Lunch . I Ate lunch at Pizzafari. gotta have my pizza . then i went to Camp Minnie Mickey . they Had Mickey,Minnie ,Donald , Goofy , ChipNDale, And Koda And Kenai out . I met Mickey , Minnie ,and Donald only Because i had already Met Goofy that day and the line for Chip N dale was long . Koda and Keni Left before i could get them .
I Decided to Leave around 2 pm i had already done what i wanted to do so i left for .
> I arrivd in Epcot Around 3pm and it was the BUsiest i had Seen it in Quite some time . when i walked in Saorin Was 95 minutes , test track was 110 minutes Spaceship earth was 25 minutes , malestrom was 40 minutes Soo i just wander around the World Showcase till the Lines Went down i Noticed the Same Characters wee out from the other Day So i skipped the Ones i had aleady done When i Got to China i found a coupoe i Hadnt Met yet , Mulan and Mushu I was last in line for them She Was very nice . Later I watched Illuminatons Again . after Illuminations its PM EMH Had No Problem Except in the Begginning when Pretty much EVERYone want to get on Soarin On at Once i had to wait 30 minutes fo that even for EMH Every thing else was Pretty Manageable . I decided to leave around 11 pm and to my Surprise there was Already a Long Line to get on the Pop Century Bus And it was Freezing Cold , you could see your Breath. Didnt get home Till about 12:00 . didnt Matter much cause i wasnt getting up So early on Sat . OK Pic Time:
