I remember this Cow. She stood in front of the Chicago DisneyQuest.

Disney Auctions is proud to present "Virtual Cow in Reflective Moosaic," which previously found acclaim as an entrant in Chicago's Cows on Parade, a public art display that grazed or rather, graced the streets of Chicago from mid-June through October 1999. These impressive, life-size bovines were works of art designed for the city by Chicago artists, architects, photographers and designers, including several celebrities.
Modeled after "Minnie Moo," "Virtual Cow" was created by Susan Dain of Walt Disney Imagineering, with artistic support from Southwest Graphics. Sponsored by Disney Quest hence the virtual-reality visor she's wearing and installed near the intersection of Ohio and Rush streets, she stood out in a field of 262 cows that included an O'Leary memorial cow, a Millennium Cow and cows covered in Astroturf. The cow is currently anchored to a green plywood base on casters, not the original base.
Chicago's 1999 summer public art display was originally conceived by Beat Seeberger-Quin and presented in Zurich, Switzerland, during the summer of 1998. It inspired the city of Toronto to host their own Moose Exhibit in 2000.
Net proceeds from this auction will benefit PAWS/L.A., a non-profit agency committed to creating solutions for disenfranchised pet owners throughout Los Angeles County who are facing the challenges of living with a disabling illness. Due to the sheer physical and financial burden faced by people living with medical disabilities, many individuals would be unable to keep, feed and care for their "friends." To that end PAWS/LA provides a comprehensive package of essential pet care services all at no charge. Founded in 1989, PAWS/L.A. has grown from an organization with just two clients and two volunteers to one which provides services to more than 1,700 clients and their 2,300-plus companion animals.
