Disney voided docusign?

Hi.. I am buying two contracts (one direct, one resale).. I put the same name in the deed of the electronic documents; however in the direct Disney has voided the document because the deed needs to show my name as it appears in my passport (I am foreigner).. so they are sending me the physical documents to sign them again...
In the case of the resale, do you know what should I do? Will it come back as a rejection and then start over? Will the resale company have to send them back physically too?

If you do not correct the resale contract to match your direct contract, Disney will consider them two separate memberships and force you to have two different logins. That will make using the contracts together impossible (assuming they are the same use year and resort) going into the future.

you actually don't have two logins with differently named contracts. I have a set of contracts that my parents bought but added my name to them so that I wouldn't have to deal with probate later, and those contracts show up under my same login...just as a different membership number.

*ETA -- but you're right about OP needing to change them to be consistent if they want to be able to use the points together (assuming they're same UY).
 
I would contact your resale agent and let them know you want to correct the name so it matches your direct contract. They should be able to just send an a correction for the ROFR. I do not believe a correction to the name starts the ROFR over.
