Disney Visa?

Already asked this on the Theme Park board but maybe I'll get more resoponses here. What is the Disney Visa and how do I apply? What kind of rewards/benefits do cardholders get?

It is just another Visa credit card that to me... the con's out-weight the pro's... I have it & never use it. You have to spend way tooooooo much to accumulate those reward points. I use my Citi Card & reap real "Cash" that I can use anywhere ... not just for certian things at Disney... just my opinion on this card. It may be of value if they ever start offering better rates for rooms at Disney if you use your card...they did that last year & not since...

The main thing is you earn "Disney Visa Rewards" $ that spend like cash at WDW and other Disney sites and stores. You earn $1 for every $100 - so it's pretty typical rewards from what I've seen. I like it because if I have my hoppers paid for - like I do this trip - I use my "free" rewards $ to pay for meals and the only expense I have is a hotel room.

I've been disappointed that they have not come through on the resort discounts. When they did away with the Disney Club the Disney Visa was touted as the reason - it would be offering resort discounts. I haven't seen any in quite some time.
