You may already have this info but here goes....The easiest way to apply and also be sure you get DVC member on the card is to go through the Member Site. The info is all there.

But I have to say that the phone person had the longest clause to read of any phone applications I have ever made....this guy read for 4.5 mins. straight....i was Laughing when he was done and said have a Magical Day....I told him after that discolsure he was the one that needed a Magical day..he laughed....
