I think the charges have to be from Disney not a TA. If the TA puts the charge on it will show up from them and not from Disney therefore you would have to pay at the outrageous 11.99% on the card! Yikes.

Could you cancel your ressie with the TA and just book direct with Disney?

You can have your travel agent put the charges on the card. I booked mine through AAA and the charge came up as a Disney charge. 11.99%? Mine is 6.99% and has been going down a little every few months (as the feds cute the rates). I would call and see if they will lower your rate if they haven't been doing it automaticly.

Yes, it should. The AAA agent will pay the charge thru Disney.
