I get that but since
DCL allows cancellation up to PIF with no penalty what often ends up happening is many cruisers that were booked, cancel and rebook at a lower fare (this was a big thing with the recent Sept Wish sailing with our FB group that had over 700 members). It would be smarter IMO to offer it after PIF to fill the ship then even if it needed to be at a deeper discount because by PIF almost all cruisers except brand new ones have booked drink tastings and palo and things they might be scared to loose out on if they cancel and rebook (even if rebooking would be well worth the penalty).
