Disney visa rewards

Hello! I just logged in to get a gift card for my Disney visa rewards and it looks like since I’ve done it twice I need to just put the balance on one of those cards. I don’t know what I’ve done with those cards! I used all the money on them. I can’t find a way to delete one? Any ideas? Or am I going to have to call.

I would think you would just order a new Redemption card. They should show you the redemption cards and any balance on them. If they are both zero and you have lost or thrown away the old cards then simply order a new redemption card. Hopefully you are not traveling very soon and have time to get the card. If you are then I believe you can still visit guest services at Disney Springs (or possibly the parks) and get a new card right there. One time I forgot my card at home and I was able to get a new card with my money switched over right there at Disney Springs. Good Luck!

I was able to do this at Disneyland as well.

I just don’t see the option to cancel one to be able to order a new one. I do have time to get a card in the mail, thankfully.

Where are you looking? I go to chase.com and pull up my Disney Visa account. From there I go to “see reward details”. Then redeem rewards.
Once at that site I can see they show me I have a redemption reward card with zero balance on it. But I can go in under USE REWARD Dollars to the option of Disney Reward redemption card. There I have a choice to add dollars to the existing one or Get a new one.

The only thing is possibly since you have two already you can’t order a new one online. If that’s the case I would call them to get the old ones off the account.
OH wait. It says in the details you can only have two cards active. said to call the number in back of redemption card. The telephone number on the back of mine is 800-436-7999. Hope this helps!!

When I go to Disney, I can never find my card, and I have always been able to get a card at guest relations in the parks or Disney springs. Then I just call the number and load my rewards on.
