Disney Visa Rewards ?

Hi! I was just curious if anyone knows if it is possible to use the reward points towards the purchase of something over the phone? I am about ready to call and buy our tickets for MNSSHP. We have over 500 points saved, and have until October to save more for our trip. Could I use those points towards our tickets? Although it would be nice to have a huge amount of points to just spend at Disney, it would be more beneficial to use them for something we would be buying anyway. I also wasn't sure if I could use them towards our package, which was booked through AAA, not Disney itself. Does anyone have thoughts on this?
