Disney Visa rewards expiration question

I am going to WDW next month. My rewards card has an expiration of 12/05. Can I transfer my reward dollars to it to use for this trip or do I need to order a new card? I'm just not sure if 12/05 means I can use it anytime until 01/01/06. Thanks.

I have the same problem with the expiration of 12/05 and going in december. I am going to call them directly and ask since I don't want to lose any money.

I ended up ordering a new card to be on the safe side.

Okay, that's odd I just called and I was told that it was good until the end of December. The expiration date on the rewards card works just like the expiration on a credit card and is good until the end of the month.

I will be there on the same dates.

I thought it would mean "through midnight 12/31/05" but I just wasn't sure and didn't want to chance losing my points.

The website says to allow 7 business days for (free) shipping, so I think I ordered it just in time.

It didn't occur to me to run over to the Disney store and buy Disney dollars, but that is a good idea.

I am also doing to be at Disney in Dec and have a card that expires 12/5. I called and they assured me that the card expire on 12/31/05 not 12/1/05.

I've always been able to buy Disney dollars with the reward card, I just did in July. In fact I just called our Disney store to be certain that I can still purchase the Disney Dollars and I was assured that I could.

I just wanted to post that I just got back from the Disney store and I purchased Disney Dollars with no problem.
