Disney Visa Reward Redemption not working

Has anyone recently tried transferring their point to a redemption card and gotten an error. I have for the past 3 days and called and they keep telling me their systems are down. I leave for Disney Friday and had tranferred over in April and they were not on there an went back i to my rrwards and now i cant transfer and am out iver $1000.00. Chase said they could not do anything about it.

That doesn’t sound right. I would call back and ask for a supervisor if the first person can’t help.
