Disney Visa refer a friend

We have a friend interested in getting a Disney visa, but when we looked on our account to refer them we could not find any way to make the referral. Is this no longer an option? Just checking before we tell them to go ahead and get it on their own. Thanks!

Oh, and if it does still exist, can someone please tell me where it is on the site?

I checked the website and it looks like they removed it. I also checked my statement, it uses to be under Customer ID # for incentives, there is nothing there. I would call them and ask.
