Disney Visa question

We will be heading to DLR the first week of December! We are renting points to stay at the Grand, and this is our first time doing so. My issue at this point is, since we are renting we can't use Disney vacation planning like we have in the past. It has always been so easy to call them and have them make our Tour, Fantasmic, dining ressies.

I just saw that one of the perks of my Chase Disney Visa is a Visa disney vacation planning. Is this the same as the vacation planning that you use if you are staying onsite? Anyone used this service with your Disney visa b4?

Only 113 days left, and I am starting to get into serious planning mode!

We've always used Vacation Planning just by staying on site, but you could give the Private Cardmember Phone Line a call---1(866)844-9382), and find out. I didn't see Vacation Planning listed as a perk for having the Disney Visa, but maybe I didn't look hard enough.
