Disney Visa question

I booked our package a few weeks ago and used our regular cc. My mom received a mailer for the Disney visa where you get the $200 gift card after charging $500. I am going to get it but wonder how it works with my package since I didn't book with it?

Should I call and pay a certain amount with the Disney visa after I get it?

If it came to your mother, are you even sure you can get the same $200 offer???

You can pay any way you want. Just because you booked with one card doesn't mean you cannot pay with another. They don't care, they just want your $$. One of the card benefits is 6 months interest free on certain bookings with the Disney card. When you get the card, I would call and see if your vacation qualifies. If it does, I would ask if you can rebook with the Disney card. May as well get the free financing. If not, then just make the payment so you can get the gift card.

All you need is the offer code your mom received and call them. They'll give you the same offer. The goal is to get new subscribers. I called without an offer when I got mine. I got accelerated bonuses and a gift card when the offers were only for gift cards. Negotiate and see how much they will offer. Of course your credit rating will effect how much they will negotiate.
