disney visa question

if they offer free dining and im a disney card holder...to take advantage of it do i have to charge the whole trip on the card to get the discount or can you just put 200 down on the card and pay it off through disney vacations??

I wish I had an answer for you. I am a Disney Visa card holder and I've been paying for my April trip on my card but this is what I'm doing (and we have no free dining or DDP).

I will make a payment of a certain amount on my Disney Visa and then within a week schedule the payment of the CC. I never carry balances on the few CC's I have. I'm doing this so I can get the points and turn that into a gift card I can use at Disney on vacation. So this might be a good reason for you as well to pay for your trip this way.

Free Dining with the DIsney VIsa!??? I haven't heard about this promotion...

I have a Disney Visa, but I have an AP and am staying at OKW on points. Is there a way to get the free dining somehow, or am I ineligible because of my trip plans?

you have to go late aug..thru sept...they have offered free ddp the last 3 years
