You can get the debit card version of the Target Red Card (no credit check, etc) to get the 5% (at least that is the policy in the US). Also if you go to BJ's Wholesale they have a $10 a year online membership and they consistently have 4-8% off Disney GC and you can pay with a credit card then to stack the savings.

We buy Disney gift cards at Kroger with our Disney premier visa when they are doing the 4 times fuel points promotions. We get 2% from the premier visa for shopping at Kroger, then get the fuel discounts.

For a $500 disney gift card, we get $10 back in Disney rewards from our visa, and up to $70 of free gas. That is about 15% off.

This might be my best bet. Looks like right now it's 4% off, and I could pay with my Disney Visa. Interesting....thanks.

BJ's just had 6% off Disney gift cards but it ended on 12/2 so now it is back to the regular 4% Last year it was 8% off Disney gift cards
