Disney Visa Points

I've been trying to look this up, but having a hard time finding info...can anyone help me? I seem to remember reading about a way to redeem points at Disneyland? How can this be done? And what are the points worth? I think I have 90. (You can tell I use my card to the fullest...heehee) I'd appreciate any input...Thanx!

If you go to www.disneyrewards.com, it'll tell you all about it. We used our points last time in the park to buy souvenirs. But you have to transfer the points to a disney "rewards card" that they will mail to you before you use the points. Hope this helps

Thanx, I'll try looking it up on the website...but I thought I read somewhere that you can redeem the points right at Disneyland without having to recieve the card in the mail...anyone know about this?

Yes, I haven't done it myself, but I have read that others have been able to redeem their points and get a card at DL Guest Services.

Oh Thank you Thank you....I have no time to send in for the card before the trip....and I'd love to have the $90 spending money for the Disney store. I'll go to guest services when I get there.

Here's the info from the Disney Rewards web site:

Missed the chance to order a Disney Rewards Card before your trip?
If you have at least 20 Disney Dream Reward Dollars®6 in your account, you can get a Disney Rewards Card issued at these guest relations areas:
Disney's California Adventure® Theme Park
Disneyland® Resort City Hall
Esplanade

Be sure to bring your Disney Rewards Visa Card and a valid photo I.D.

You can use Disney points for anything you can buy in the parks. We always collect enough points to buy all of our meals!

That's good information to have. I always thought that you had to order your rewards card ahead of time. Now I just have to build up my rewards

We usually call Chase about 3 weeks before our trip and they send us our rewards on a gift card. You have to call to activate it before you can use it. It can be used anywhere Visa is accepted in the park. So pretty much everywhere except the snack carts, although I've heard that some of the popcorn stands are accepting Visa now.
