Anyone have it? I can't find the flyer I was sent, and I need to order before they expire. Thanks!

Are you looking for the code in the recent Disney visa mailer? It is 9VISA15

Hope that helps

Jessica

It's actually: 9VISARD15

I just tried it to pre-order our CD for October! :)

Now I need to decide if I want the book, too!

Hi, I just saw this thread. We have a Disney Visa, and are planning on pre-ordering the photopass for our September trip. Just to be sure I understand, I can use this code and save 15% now, and the pre-order will still be good in September? It doesn't expire in 90 days or anything? I had been planning to wait until closer to our trip, but will do it now to save $15! Also, how did you guys get this? I'm not receiving any mailers or anything-should I be? Thanks!

I just used this code and I dont have a disney visa :cool1:

I pre-ordered it for our trip, the last week of October. Here is the fine print in the e-mail I got with my promo codes :

Fine Print on the e-mail:
"Satisfaction Guarantee/Return Policy: By taking advantage of Disney's PhotoCD plus Photo Book Pre-Arrival Savings Offer, you are guaranteed to get a great value on our most popular memory keepsakes. This e-mail contains your two promotion codes. You will use these codes to get all Disney's PhotoPass images in your account on an archive quality CD as well as a copyright release that allows you to reprint and use your images in the sizes and formats that you wish, plus you will use the second code to order a Professional Photo Book. You must purchase the pre-arrival offer before your vacation and then order your CD or CD + Book after your vacation. The promotion codes cannot be combined with any other offers. You must order your PhotoCD and Photo Book in separate orders. Coupon codes do not include cost of shipping, sales tax (if applicable), or additional Photo Book pages. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the photos and decide that you no longer want to order your Disney's PhotoCD or Photo Book, just let us know and you will receive a full refund. To receive a refund, you must request it within 2 weeks after the completion of your Disney vacation and you must not use the special promotion code to order Disney's PhotoCD or Photo Book. If the promotion code has been used, a refund will not be granted."

Instructions:
"What To Do Next:

Step 1: Visit the Parks and look for our photographers who will be happy to make sure you get lots of Disney's PhotoPass photos taken. The first photographer you see will give you a Disney's PhotoPass card you can use for your entire stay. View park maps and photographer locations!

Step 2: After your vacation, go to DisneyPhotoPass.com to view your photos. You will need to log into your account using your email address and password. Be sure to claim your photos within 30 days of your vacation!

Step 3: Claim any Disney's PhotoPass cards you used during your trip by entering the ID numbers after you log in.

Step 4: Place your order to recieve your PhotoCD and Photo Book."

Then it's got the two promotional codes for me. Definitely worth it, if you ask me!

When I saw this thread, I googled it and found the right code when the first one posted didn't work. I don't look through my mailings so I don't know if I missed it before or not.

I was already going to order the CD and was wavering on the book when I found this code and went for it. It's the Professional Book and my total was $127 and some odd cents. :thumbsup2

So am I reading this correctly, that if we use the code we can't get a refund in case we don't like our pictures or can't find photogs around the parks? Just want to be clear. For $85 I still think we'll do it, but it'd be nice to know we could get a refund if we didn't have good luck.

I think this means that you can't use the code that is emailed to you to use to order the CD when you pre-purchase and not the discount code.

The code you get when you pre-order is good for 60 days. If your trip is further out than that, the code will expire before your trip and you'll have to contact Disney Photopass to re-activate it. This can take several days, so be sure to do this way before any of your pictures start to expire.

Is this difficult to do? I want to save the 15% but not if it's going to be a huge hassle when we get back.

Anyone know how long a pre-order is good for? I have 2 upcoming WDW vacations. 1 in August and a Grand Gathering in February. I'd love a code for our big trip in Feb. but not sure if this code would be good until then.

Hmm. They really should tell you that.

I'm way more than 60 days out so I figure if I contact them before my trip to re-activate the code it's one less hassle when I get back. Thanks for the information! :goodvibes

..and jana616, I think we can still get a refund. The codes they e-mailed me to redeem for my book and CD are called 'promotion codes' and I think the 15% off is referred to as a 'discount code'... so they're not saying you can't get a refund if you use the code for the discount, they're saying you can't redeem the code for the CD and THEN get a refund. :thumbsup2

I think it could be something of a hassle. Keep in mind that the link to pre-order was meant to be sent to specific people by Disney a few weeks before their trip, but it's become generally available to everyone thanks to the internet. You could get someone from Photopass who may question you as to how you got the link far enough in advance that it would expire before use.

I personally won't be using the discount to pre-order for my future trips that are more than 60 days out, but each person will have to make their own decision about how much potential hassle the extra savings is worth.
