Disney Visa Issue

Hi...before I call Chase I was wondering if anyone had this problem too..
I tried to order my rewards card online and it wont let me!!! I dont know why...my bill is paid ontime every month...um...hello...I WANT MY REWARDS!!!
Any insight???

I believe that you have to have at least $20 reward dollars in your account before you can order a card. Also, after the initial transfer, the minimum you can transfer at one time is $10 reward dollars (I learned the hard way ). This might be the reason.

I have been having trouble on Chase's site since yesterday. It could just be a website issue.

I tried to do it online as well. I called, and was told that the first one has to be called in. Don't know why the web site allows us to get through everything but the confirmation page BEFORE we figure it out, but who knows??

It arrived in less than three weeks, btw.
