Disney Visa Help! Did you apply through Disney Direct?

Ok I think I've screwed up somewhere. I applied for the card to get the 40 dollars off. I thought I had the code right but now when I enter it it doesn't work. Am I putting it in the wrong place? I was trying to enter in where you enter the percent off or free shipping code. HELP! I've got a waffle iron waiting for me.

I dont know if this will help you, but for some reason the past two months i coudlnt log into disneydirect whenever i was about to enter codes. Last night i finally reregistered. I have no clue what happened to the first one, but either way last night was the first time i could enter a code in months. I lost alot of money because of that and customer support was not at all a support.
Not sure if this helps or not i do hope you get it figured out.

My friend was applying for the Disney Visa from the online store the other day for the $40 off. When she put the code in nothing happened. I told her to call the toll free customer service number. They told her what to do. I think she placed the order and then the customer service person applied the $40 discount for her.

Hope this helps - all that to say - customer service should be able to help.
