Ugh!
The list provided here shows Portland, ME as one of the cities.
On the website it is not listed.
When we were still in PA they never had them for our area, now that we moved they are listed for that area.
Maybe we are jinxed or something?
Guess we will not be seeing this movie........we don't shell out the $50 to see them in the theaters anymore.

although my city is "full" i emailed to get tix for my 2 nieces/nephew/great niece in seattle... overnight postage will be cheaper than four movie tickets and i am sure it will be a great fun saturday surprise! hopefully we'll get them

Has anyone received an email yet saying that they are going to receive the free tickets? I think today (Feb. 1) is the day that emails are to go out, right? I requested Atlanta but haven't received an email yet.

I didn't know you could get these to be used in a different city by relatives. I have always wondered about that as there are no locations less than a 6 - 8 hour drive away from me.

i'm not sure you can (ask for tickets in a city not near you) but i figured it was worth a try... how do they know i'm not travelling that weekend? and why would they care that i am going to give them away? (I could do that at home as easily as halfway across the country! LOL!)

anyway, all that being said, i have not received an email yet... anyone?

Don't you have to show a Disney Visa card with the invitation to attend the movie screening? If so, that would keep you from being able to give the invitation to someone else.

I jsut received my notification that tickets are being mailed to me for the Atlanta screening. Yahoo!

the way i read it they are no longer sending vouchers but actual tickets... which is why i thought my idea would work... i'll keep my fingers crossed!

Do you need to reply to this e-mail at all? I used my work e-mail address and our e-mail scanner identified it as junk. It is a pain in the behind process to retrieve it so if I don't need to reply to it then I won't worry about it.

It didn't seem like you needed the email. It stated that you would be receiving the tickets in the mail.
