Disney Visa Grocery Rewards Question??

Hi, I received an offer for 3x the points on all grocery, gas and airline tickets from October - December. My question is in regards to the way the grocery stores are listed on my statement. Next to the store name, it says "other". This is not described as grocery. When I spoke to the woman on the phone last month, she said it was fine but today I spoke to a different woman and she told me that because it does not specifically say grocery, it will not be counted. Does anyone know the "real" answer and if it doesn't count, any advice on how I can solve the problem? Thanks!

The descriptions on your statement are not accurate. To find out the real description, call the toll-free Disney Visa Card number and press for option 3 to listen to your transactions. From there, you can find more detailed descriptions of your transaction like what the description is for something that says "other" on your statement.
