Disney Visa glitching?

Hi all,

Having a strange situation happen with my Disney Visa and wondering if anyone has had the same happen?

I called last night to pre-pay gratuities for our April 22 sailing and the CM took my CC and went to apply payment but it "glitched", and did not show as paid on their end. I was told the pending charge on my Disney visa would disappear within 24-48 hours and to call back to try again, OR now I have a balance showing as due on the app so I can pay online.

Was a little irked since I'd waited on hold 30 min to speak to someone but I get it, things happen.

Well, tried to pay online today and lo and behold same thing happened again. Did not take payment on DCL's end, but now I am showing another pending charge on my Disney Visa. I paid for a WDW room deposit last week on the card so I know it's active, anyone else happen to run into a similar situation??

I've read scattered reports that DCL payment systems were haywire the past couple days.
