Disney Visa Free Dining

Im sure this has been asked before but I cant seem to find it. Does this apply to DVC or is this resort guests only?

In order to get Free Dining, you have to book a MYW package with at least a one day base ticket through CRO.

You are not eligible for free dining if you are booking your trip using your DVC points.
