I've been watching the discounts for my daughter who is staying at All Star Movies the first week in June. Can anyone confirm what the discount is for that resort?

Not sure where the first CM that I talked to got 5% on anything.

Notice what's missing? French Quarter, All Star Movies...those are the ones at 5%. Typically they aren't listed in the emails and such.

How are you getting an email about this? I thought I've selected that I want emails but have never received one from my disney visa!

I just got the email with the Visa discount. My AAA agent said I will be saving $550 dollars off a week at BC in May, a one day park hopper added on to our package, and a $50 Disney gift card because we booked through AAA. Sweet. Booked back in October. We have all the plans made. All ADRs and everything done. Now I can sit back and relax!

Since we have APs and wanted to use the AP dining options we were only able to get 5% at POR. the cm did say that an AP discount won't be far behind and I can change it to that once available.

Thanks eeyore81 and KaLyn for the info on the Disney Visa discount! I wouldn't have known about it otherwise- no email notification from visa and it still isn't on the discount page of my Disney visa! I called and was able to change an existing ressie for outer building/deluxe room at GF for week of June 7th for $489.57/nite. And I didn't have to wait long on the phone either.

You have to call right now for the Visa offer. Once it opens to the public on Monday, you can book online.

I booked through Dreamsunlimited. AoA - 4/12-4/18....Magic your way tickets for 5 days. I already had a 25% PIN which I was able to apply to the date of 4/12. But after reading my e-mail about the Visa promotion it seems that I should get 1 Free ticket day. The promotion reads buy a 4 day MYW package and get a Free ticket day. Should I be getting reimbursed for the 5th day that I was paying for? I e-mailed my TA but wanted to get your opinion if I am reading this promo correctly.

I already had a package booked for May 1-6. When I called to have the discount applied, I was told that one day of my trip fell during a blackout date. Is there any way to get a list of the specific blackout dates?

The discount covers the following dates:
February 24 - March 5
March 14 - April 12
April 20 - June 15

Dates in between would be blackouts...which makes no sense, since your dates fall in the included ones.

Perhaps call back and question this further. Maybe your room type was sold out of availability for one date.

Wow! This was a confusing one... I guess it would've been helpful if the Disney Visa website had it listed... After multiple phone calls and changing my former package to room only (thinking I had to in order to get the discount) then back again to package, it appears the CM forgot to cancel my room only reservation. She said she would after she booked the new discounted package and must have forgot. She also said the deposit and the extra I paid with some Disney gift cards would be credited back to the appropriate cards. I realize it might not show immediately on my credit card, but the gift cards are still at zero, which makes sense since she didn't cancel that reservation. Guess I'm back on the phone with them tomorrow!

I also have read that you can pay online toward your package (not room only) but I can't find this. I thought you went through your confirmation email link, but nothing is there to allow this either. Am I mistaken or did they change this?

You can only pay online if it is a package for some reason. I can make payments toward my BB with FD but not my spring RO. I believe I heard you could call in and pay on RO.
