Disney Visa discounts on WOC/Fantasmic dining?

Do the 10% Disney Visa discounts at River Belle Terrace and Wine Country Trattoria (lunch) apply to the World of Color and Fantasmic dining packages?

Oh, that would be even nicer if CC offered the discount. Currently the Disney Visa website lists
River Belle Terrace and Wine Country Trattoria (lunch) as offering the 10% dining discount, but not Carthay Circle or any of the other restaurants offering WOC or Fantasmic packages.

I don't really think of it as much of a discount, as you end up tipping more than that. It is just a few bucks off your meals.
