Disney Visa discount offers

I looked at the Disney Visa and decided not to go for it as the rewards were too restrictive to me.

Not trying to advertise or anything...but I checked out all the card offers going right now and found a Chase Perfect card. It is offering 6% gas rebate for 90 days, then permanently 3%. It also offers 1% all the time everywhere else.

I signed up, traveling will be a 12 hour drive...will take all the gas savings I can, even if it does only amount to one tank of gas.

Plus I used my Discover card, paid $1000 on my June ressie and received $50 cash back (hotel promo through 3/31/07, 5% cash back $1000 limit).

You just have to play the game to get the best deal. Credit card companies hate me. LOL :cheer2:

I wonder if the rewards for the disney visa were changed or affected when the credit card switched from a Bank One card to a Chase card? Just curious - it just seems when I first signed up they were really promoting all the rewards and now I don't see very many opportunities. :confused3

Hey,
got an email from them this afternoon for 5X the reward dollars on gas with a minimum of $250 a month for April, May and June! At these gas prices that won't be hard!!!! Collectively we spend over $800 a month on gas!
Will be racking them up!!!!!
And a few months ago we had an offer for 3X the rewards for all gas, food and department store purchases.
I thought that was pretty darn good too!

Have have yet to receive any offers from Disney Visa through e-mail. Where should I be entering my e-mail address? Do you just have to charge your gas to the Visa or is their something special you have to do. Do you know if this is only for a select group?

This is so frustrating!!:confused3

Good point! You might be right.

Also I just remembered another deal...I think ....they had a "reward" where if you used the card to pay for your Disney trip or used it in Disney World that you didn't have to pay interest on that portion for six months. I think I actually took advantage of that on my last trip in 2003. I used the card to pay the bill when checking out. I know it's not a package discount but it was better than a kick in the head. :lmao:
