disney visa code question

I'm new to codes and such. can this code be applied to ressies already paid for? Also if so how do I do this----just call disney and ask then to apply code? thanks alot

I have applied codes to previously paid ressies before - I just called and asked if it was able to be applied (in my case, it was) and they just issued a credit back to my credit card (took a couple days to show up). If you booked through a TA they will have to call for you though.

You just have to make sure that your ressie "fits" the new offer- it is for the correct dates, you used a Disney Visa to pay for, etc. The only problem I have read about previously is when the availability is not there anymore for the new discount at the resort you are booked at. For example, if your original ressie was at POP and they say that the new VISA offer is sold out at that resort, and they can't apply the new discount, then I would get a new quote for a resort that IS available and decide whether cancelling and rebooking at another resort with the new code is worth the hassle $$$-wise than keeping the original ressie that you already have...though my DH would probably do it just to save $5!

One thing though - you should find out right away though so you'll have a good shot at getting a refund before everything sells out!
