Anyone get charged for points? i have 10$ reservation rewards charge every month being put on my account? They said citibank is charging for my points ive accumulated? I think its fraud anyone else have this problem?

Citibank is not the ones that holds your Visa, Chase is. Citibank should not be charging you anything sicne the account is not held with them. Looking at the interent, if you Google "reservation Rewards" you will see that it is plastered everywhere as a scam.
