Disney Visa card: What's the best offer?

Hi Everyone!

I want to get a Disney Visa Credit Card. There is usually a bonus associated with signing up and getting one. I thought there had been one for a free one day ticket to Disneyland, but now I cannot find it.

I have found 3 different offers:

1. $15 gift card
2. $25 off Disneyshopping.com
3. $40 credit once I use the card
4. backpack

Anyone know of a better gift or the free ticket offer?

When I got my disney visa i got a free $25 gift card that I had to use at WDW before dec. 2007 and my mom threw it away b/c we didn't think we would be going back (can you believe that!!) and my dad just got the disney visa a few months ago and he got a really really nice free watch that he gave my brother. I'm not sure what the backpack looks like but that might be cute for the parks if not, go for the money you know you can aways use the money!

I think this one is the best deal. I checked at "Guest Relations" at DD and it's worth $67.00 towards any ticket upgrade!

Your website is for WDW, so I did the same address for disneyland and came up with a free 1 day park hopper-a $67 dollar value. I went to: www.disneylandfriendfree.com. I live near Disneyland. I hope the code you have is good for it.

When I signed up in January, I used the $40 Disney Rewards card, but once I got my first statement, they actually processed it as $50!! Just a FYI...

When I signed up for the card, I used a link for 50 dollar GC. I got nothing. I emailed them and the answer was my offer did not have any special incentive with it. It really irks me, I would ever have gotten one except for that.

When did you apply for the card? I don't want to run into the same thing. Where did you find your link? On the Disney Website? Or another place? Any info you can give me is appreciated, as I don't want to run the same risk.

BWV Dreamin: It doesn't work, anymore. I looked at the website, and if you go down the page to the small print, the tickets cannot be used after 12/31/2006. And there was no phone number anywhere. It is an expired promo.

In the back of the Birnbaum 2007 Disney guide book they had a website and a code for a $50 gift card. I got the card and then after the first purchase I received the gift card. I believe I still have the code... somewhere. If anyone needs it, PM me and I'll break out the search dogs.
