Does Disney Visa card members still get a photo at Disney? If so where and what do I do?

At Innovations in Epcot. I think the time is 1pm. Need to have card in hand bc they check. They will give you a photo pass ticket that you take to the photo studio at the front of the park. You don't know which character will be in there and they make it a huge secret.
