Just got an offer to earn 3x the points from Jan-March. Then I read the fine print, and it's good after every $ you spend after $3000. Not gonna happen!

Did anyone else get this offer? Does everyone get a different amount the have to reach before they start earning bonus points? $3000 seems a bit excessive to me... we rarely put that much on the card in a month.

Nice to know there are still offers being made even if they arent that good for some people. Chase makes different offers to targeted cardholders. The offer you get is based on past usage. My last offer was 3x for all spending over $750 each month. Much easier to meet than $3000!

I got an offer in my email this afternoon; I have to spend $1000. (I'm not sure how they come up with who has what limit). I did notice that this isn't exclusive to "gas, flight, and hotel" or whatever my past catagories have been.

i got one for the fall, i registered but i never saw any bonus points so i didnt meet the criteria. i honestly think they kinda make it confusing and hard to meet the qualifications on purpose. they get you to charge everything under the sun and then tell you it doesnt count. oh well, better than nothing.

Yes, I received the same offer today. Not going to spend $3000 either per month.

We received the same offer today. Not a problem meeting the $3k this month since I booked a last minute trip to WDW and plan to pay off balance of 2 kid's ortho treatments to the tune of $4k each.

DH and I have pretty much stopped using the Disney cards in favor of Discover.

We each got an email today for the 3X rewards after spending $800 each month. Probably not going to happen but thanks for playin!

I just got the offer too, with the $1000 threshhold. Since we're no longer able to pay for daycare with a credit card, I'm not racking up the bonus points as fast however I do like that it is on everything, not just specific categories.

My husband's tuition is due this month, so I may take advantage of the offer. Normally--I don't charge more than a hundred dollars on this card--things were I get a discount (like the 10% off $50 at Disney store or a Disney reservation).

My airlines card is so much better.

Same here - "3X the regular rate on every eligible dollar you spend above $3,000 each month"!!!!

Is Chase serious?!! I don't think I could charge $3,000 in all 3 months combined!!!

I got the offer for purchases over $1,000 on my account. I use my card all the time.

DH goT the offer for purchases over $300 on his account. He never uses his card.

I got two offers. Over $800 for my individual card, and over $3000 for our joint account that we use for everything (except Target, now that I use the redcard).

Email offer for over $3000 on our main card and over $300 on my card that I haven't used since the last bonus offered over a year ago! Perfect timing to switch cards for our trip in 2 wks!! Start racking up those rewards for the next trip

I received this offer today as well, but for $800. We just put the balance of our cruise on there, though it hasn't posted. I'm hoping that since it said for charges from Jan 1-(can't remember), it will include even stuff I charged the day before this offer!

This is FAR better than the offer I just got from Chase that offered 3x your normal 1% reward on balance transfers...which also charged a 3% fee Just who would fall for that?!

I registered but we won't be spending that much.
