If any of you are intested in buying DVC, google resale dvc and you will find a few companies that handle Disney timeshare resales. You can get some resorts for $60 a point where Disney's price is over twice that. We bought this way a few years ago and saved a bundle. I was about to buy direct when a friend told me about this. I had no idea that option existed.
I will add I did do the presentation and it was not high pressure at all.

Ok...I'm out of the loop....A friend told me about this offer, but they are not members or anything. How do I go about getting the opportunity to do it. Who do I call....Who do I email??? HEEEELLLP! We are going to Disney in December and every little bit helps! Thanks!

LOL- I took advantage of that 'free $25 gift card' offer a couple of years ago and it ended up costing me thousands of dollars It was definitely not a hard sell. DVC just wasn't on my radar before that but it made sense for our family's vacation plans/financial situation. I didn't buy right away, but ended up doing a lot of research and buying off the resale market, with some direct add ons later, and I have no regrets. I love the DVC resorts.

So by all means, take the free $25, just be aware that they know what they're doing...some of us who had no intention of buying WILL get pulled in...
