I had trouble this morning. Tried later with no issues. Haven't been back on since

I just tried to log into my old account and was able to get into it. Keep trying. Disney's websites are pretty wonky and the DVA is one of the worst of the bunch.

Did everything end up working okay when you got in? I had the same issues this weekend. I just made a payment with it on our upcoming vacation and then added a $25 gift card I forgot I had. Instead of my balance increasing by $25 it decreased $175. I thought it was a glitch or something so I logged out and back in and it went down $200 more. I am so confused because in my account history it shows the payment I made and the correct remaining balance, it shows the $25 contribution with the updated available balance being -$175, and then it says my available balance is $200 less than what the history says it should be. I'm not going to be impressed if I somehow just lost $400 by adding $25.
