Disney Vacation Account Bonus

It has been 120 days since my account has been opened. I requested my bonus card and saw how it take 2 weeks to review. Does that mean I can not withdraw my money for another 2 weeks? I called them this morning but they are closed.

Withdraw your money? Are you saying you haven't used the money you loaded in you account? I always automatically get my bonus without requesting it, once I spend $1000. I get an email within a few days of spending my money saying it has been shipped.

Excuse me if Im reading your post wrong, but you have to use the money in the account before you can get the bonus. you can't just put a couple thousand dollars in there then remove it and get the bonus.

That is how I read it also.

You'll be eligible for a $20 Disney Gift Card for every $1000 you spend on qualified vacation purchases with your Disney Vacation Account prior to December 31, 2017 (date subject to extension), up to a total maximum of $500 in Disney Gift Card(s) per household. Your Disney Vacation Account must be active for a minimum of 120 days at the time of spending in order to receive this bonus. All accounts registered to the same address are considered part of the same household.

Qualified vacation purchases include vacation packages for the Walt Disney World Resort or the Disneyland Resort, theme park tickets, room stays, cruise fare, and vacations by Adventures By Disney. Purchases of Disney Gift Cards are not qualified vacation purchases for purposes of this Bonus Program.

I have the money in my account which has been in there for over 120 days. I requested the bonus gift cards but now want to withdraw my money prior to receiving the gift cards. Once you request your rewards card it will say that it will take 2 weeks to approve. I was concerned that I can't take my money out of my account until their review process is complete. When you say you want to withdraw the money, are you trying to get the money back out for your own use? Or withdraw as in have Disney use it to make a payment on some Disney vacation expense?

The bonus is available for each $1000 you spend on a Disney vacation, not just deposit in the account.

After you put the money in there you need to spend it on a Disney vacation related purchase to get any bonus. If you have not done that you are not getting a bonus it will get denied.
