We are planning 9 nights Disney & 5 nights US but can't decide on split of 5 Disney, 5 US, or 7/6/5 Disney, 5 US 2/3/4 Disney. We usually stay at Disney 14 nights & last year went for a 1 night stay at US. Have always spent first & last day at MK. Any thought or suggestions would be appreciated.

If I was doing a split stay between two hotels I would just do one batch of nights then the other batch. In your case I would spend the first part of the holiday at the place you prefer the less park wise and the latter part at the one that is near the parks you prefer the best.

Thank you I agree that would be best as we'd save on taxi costs as well. My ds likes to end his holiday in Disney and I think RPR would be more relaxing with FOTL and nice hotel, so I will proberly end up doing POP-RPR-POP.

Glad you have made your decision. We find RPR very relaxing too, sat one day on the little beach where the volleyball court is facing onto the river and loved that. Going to do that again in July.

That sounds good, though DS will want to play volleyball, a job for dad, I think! Do you have a loews card?

Yeah, we have a card but usually do a package booking because it is cheaper to book through Virgin than it is elsewhere with needing two rooms. We have managed to get the free gifts once though which was good. The last 2 times stayed at the Hard Rock and they have pulled out of that card scheme and now done their own.
