Disney US package documents - when should they arrive?

Hi all,
I've booked a package through Disney US and haven't received any documents yet.
I've read that US residents usually get their docs between 40-21 days before they travel. It's now 24 days before we arrive at CSR and all I've received is the email confirming the payment of the balance.
Do they send the docs out to UK residents or do we have to pick them up at the resort?
I'm getting really excited and wanted to have the docs in my sweaty mitts by now

I have booked thru Disney UKfor 1st time this August, I wasn't expecting to receive anything, I was just going to print off my email confirmation and take it with me.
Watching for replies now see if anyone else recieved anything.

I did book room only thru US site last year and didn't recieve anything, I would have thought its same for a package, they can give you eveything at checkin.

I booked mine through Disney UK [going Sept] and paid the deposit over the phone. About a week later I received a invoice with a ref number, the details of everything I had booked and when the balance has to be paid.

We've got a room only res. booked on the UK site for our first night at Pop and wasn't expecting anything from that, but the US package res. includes a voucher for a $200 giftcard (booked the 4/3 package), which needs to be shown at check-in.
US residents get sent all the docs (g.c voucher, golf voucher, planet hollywoood voucher etc and luggage tags etc) before they travel if they've booked a package through the US Disney site.
We also booked a room-only ressie through the US site in 2007 and never received anything (apart from the confirmation email).

sometimes we got doc other time we didn't
don't worry as long as you have the res number thats all you need

We did receive documents other times but the luggage tags were given to us when we checked in......we've not received any documents for our trip this year...

You don't need to show a coupon for the $200 gift card. As long as your booking is on the 4 / 3 deal your card will be waiting for you when you arrive. We stayed at GF in January and recieved nothing except the confirmation letter and our ME vouchers before we left. Everything else was delivered (the company travel pack) to our room on our arrival day.

I don't think Disney US post to the UK now. I booked recently and was told they would only send invoice by email and I know they have stopped sending ME documents to the UK.

If ME don't send to the UK how do you get the tags so the luggage goes straight to your resort?

I assumed you couldnt do this anymore, and you would have to take your cases with you?

you can still do it I think but you still have to pick up luggage in orlando and then head to ME desk. Someone please let me know this is right. ME emailed me yesterday and said they couldn't find my reservation but will ring them soon and find out what is happening

Sorry thats what I meant - you need to pick up you cases and head to the ME desk!

you can still get your luggage collected, you need to give the ME check desk your airline luggage check in receipts that you are given when you check in to the flight.

It would be much harder fro them to find your cases though (and longer I guess), since you have to pick them up once anyway, we would always collect them and I prefer to have them with us anyway

least if you needed something from the cases you would have them with you rather than waiting up to 4 hours for stuff.
