Disney UK Tickets to AP

Hi, we're meeting my sister for a family vacation. She's coming from the UK. Right now the UK portal for Disney has a 14 day park hopper for the price of a 7 day one. I was curious if you could put these tickets towards the price of an annual pass? There's no equivalent US 14 day hopper so I'm not sure what the value is versus an AP anyways.

The 14 Day Ultimate Pass can be upgraded to a WDW Annual Pass. The ticketing computer will show the value of the UK ticket (converted to dollars) and the difference is the amount due.

Note that if any of the minor park visits (water parks, DQ, mini-golf, etc.) have been used the only upgrade would be to a Premium AP.
