Disney UK Question

I booked on Monday and received the confirmation email etc, but its not letting me log onto the disney uk manage my booking section with my reference number. Does it usually take a few days before you can do this or should I ring them?

i'm not sure as i didnt check ours for ages!! I'm tempted to book next year as I'm worried its some glitch and will be taken off again!

When are you going? We are looking at PO not sure what side around 1st sept so we are out there for our anniversary

27th August - 10th September Can't wait I was the same and I kept saying to dbf what if it doesn't come on again in August. Besides ive waited since we got back wanted to go again this year but couldn't afford it. We are staying at POR.

Have just looked up my reservation for aug/sep and its there maybe give them a call if you are worried.

Website was a bit slow.

Yes I remember you saying! I will be there again this year and next if we get to book it! I've had a bit of car trouble this week that was meant to be £500 but took to another garage and only cost £30 so trying to convince DH to book!!

Snap lol hopefully it will still be on next year when we are there we loved bf wanted to book that again for another night while we was there last time.

Just spoke to disney i got put through to America they see my reservation on their system but neither him nor one of the others he got to try could log into the booking. He said he thinks the site may be down and also mentioned that with the us site that its usually automatically set to 2009 so that could be why if its 2010. The main thing is my booking is there phew!

I know. Hopefully it will let me login soon. Getting annoyed that I keep getting diverted when I try to view the US Site. Do disney uk send anything in the post after booking or is it just the email confirmation.

i know the us site thing is so annoying!! i keep trying to get on the halloween party page but no luck!

I only got an email from disney uk, even when I amended the holiday nothing

I got an invoice letter a few weeks after booking - but when I swapped hotels I never got a new email. As long as you have your reservation code thats all you need

Thanks. I presume that something will be sent through before we fly as well. I will be ringing up again when I have my flights booked anyway to book Magical Express. Also will be ringing with ADR's etc.

You phone a different dept for ME (or do it online), its actually a Mears call centre not disney that handle it. If you disney they just transfer you

Just thought id let you know that I managed to log in this afternoon, yay! It feels so much better when you can see your booking on there as well as in the email.

I made my Dec 2010 reservation through Disney UK on Wednesday and I see they have taken the 2 deposits from my visa but I haven't had any email confirmation - should I ring them or wait a while??

I'm also on the UK site now and can't see where I could put in my reservation number to check the booking - could some one point me in the right direction please!!

Click on hotel bookings (under plan and prepare), then on the next page near the top it says manage my booking. Hope that helps.
