The votes are in and I win.

Those of you that voted for me I thank you, and men everywhere that love technology thank you.

Those that voted for Donna, and you know who you are well Phhhfffttttttt.

Those that PM’d me with snide little comments of why do men have to install electronics on everything, or give up now Mr. Engineer comments, bite me!!!

To those confused I’ll explain. You see I put up a little-ole poll thread asking you my people to help me get one of those cool Disney TV’s in the only room in the house that was missing a TV… IE the Kitchen dinning room area. At first Donna said no way not my modern really cool loaded with country stuff kitchen dinning room area, but after she saw the votes turn my way she started to like the idea, and now that the masses have voted in my favor she loves the idea.

In the corporate world we have a name for this, but all that does not matter anymore…

For behold the proof that once again the men have all the cool ideas, and we can install wall mounts from brettford and make a kitchen look sooooooo Disney cool.

Ladies and gentlemen I give you Ed’s Technological Mickey TV 15 minutes of fame….

The wall!!!!

And you'll notice she's on the phone, with whom else but Tink of course...

Wow, Ed, you did a great job there! Woo-Hoo! :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: (and this is Sandy typing, not Brian!) :teeth:

I'm glad that Donna now loves not only the idea, but the result! And kudos, kudos for the very well-done bracket job... but what really impressed me was the electrical outlet in the ceiling! Truth time; was it already in place (to be used by a hanging lamp or something, and you just lucked out?) or did you have to run a new line up to the ceiling? Regardless, very well done, sir, and it's really nice that there aren't a lot of cords or cable lines visible!

Woo-Hoo again!

:teeth: :teeth: :teeth: :teeth: :teeth: You get Five out of Five! ;)

Sandy (and Brian, Bonnie & Kellie!) :earsgirl: :earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsgirl:

ps - Brian wants to know... "but where's the duct tape?"

We set up ours in the computer room, with a DVD player. (Not the Disney DVD player. We already had two that weren't very old.)
Blaine was complaining that the TV is not stereo. Hey -- it's a 13" TV in the computer room. I don't need surround sound.
Did you find this to be case Ed? (Not a stereo TV?)And Circuit City did a price match against Target's, plus 10% of the difference and were fast and very nice. :)

Hey Ed,

Where on Earth did you find that? My daughter saw it and now says "mickey tv". And she is only two!

Joe

Both Target, and Circuit City...Target is cheaper...in some places 99.00..they also have a princess one, and when you raise the volume, Ariel swims across the bottom of the screen...when you raise the volume on the Mickey tv Donald runs across the bottom..very cool..

DuDe...that looks awesome!!!

We gotta get one!!!
