I am wondering if anyone can please help.
Due to 911 i have been told that anyone with conviction must apply for a visa to get into America.I have a very minor conviction dating back 13 yrs for common assault ( had a minor altercation with a guy in local bar anyway got convicted & fined £100 pounds because the guy had a bust nose )
this was in 1992 i have however travelled to orlando in 1994 with no problems.
American Embassy have said i need a visa because of 911 which will take months i have planned my trip for 2 weeks time.
Does anyone know the what the chances of me being sent home would be ?
this will be my 5th trip to USA but I am now panicking i do not get in.
Am i overeacting obviously the guy from the embassy will say i need one
Anyone any thought any help would be much appreciated
