Ugh, I click download but nothing seems to happen...maybe I need to be smarter than my computer? Any tips?

You might need to click Download file again. A notice will show up that says "your download will begin shortly. Or you can say start download now" or something like that. Then a dialog box will appear asking you if you want to save the file or open it.
