Disney Trip Image Stabilization?

Hi guys. I have filmed almost every minute of all my trips to Disneyworld to relive them when I get home and that includes while I'm walking between attractions, hotel, food etc. However I have seen many videos on youtube where the video isn't shaking like mine do while walking. is there any tips or any software (maybe image stabilization) you guys can enlighten me on to make watching my videos not shake as much and easier on the eyes? thanks!

I personally use a motorized gimbal and my iPhone 6s or 7 Plus. It captures fantastic video! A little pricey at $200 just for the gimbal, but i get a lot of use out of it! I'll post some videos up after my next trip!
